About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large corporate dairy and beef operations from rollout to full-scale integration
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with farm teams, operational teams, and executive stakeholders
- Partner with the Enterprise Sales Manager to support expansion, renewal, and executive engagement
- Build relationships with rural professionals, consultants, and industry influencers
- Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to champion accounts and surface product feedback
- Contribute to revenue forecasting, strategic planning, and account performance tracking
- Develop scalable account management strategies and playbooks
Requirements
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
- Deep knowledge of dairy and beef production systems
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive account expansion
- Ability to navigate executive boardrooms and farm-level operations
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on farmer success
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the North Island
