Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate dairy and beef operations from rollout to full-scale integration
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with farm teams, operational teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales Manager to support expansion, renewal, and executive engagement
  • Build relationships with rural professionals, consultants, and industry influencers
  • Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to champion accounts and surface product feedback
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting, strategic planning, and account performance tracking
  • Develop scalable account management strategies and playbooks

Requirements

  • Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Deep knowledge of dairy and beef production systems
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive account expansion
  • Ability to navigate executive boardrooms and farm-level operations
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on farmer success
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the North Island
