Enterprise Internal Control Partner - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead global internal control projects, including policy reviews and risk assessments for the Data Center business development areas.
• Analyze business data to identify high-risk areas and abnormal cases, providing actionable management suggestions to optimize business processes.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify risks, drive process improvements, and implement continuous risk monitoring.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to provide risk advisory support and process enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in major projects, such as logistics service procurement, to ensure compliant and smooth progress through risk assessment and supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to capture information effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• High level of professional ethics, a results-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of curiosity.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in audit, internal control, or compliance, specifically within the Internet Data Center (IDC) field.
• Familiarity with the business logic and specific risk profiles associated with Data Center operations.
