Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through close, serving as the primary client contact
• Lead scoping and discovery sessions to document business requirements and tailor implementation strategies
• Configure the ServiceTitan environment to meet specific client needs and align with industry best practices
• Conduct client training and create customized resources for specific workflows to ensure software adoption
• Partner with Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Proactively identify implementation risks and collaborate with leadership to develop solutions
• Travel to client sites approximately 20-30% of the time

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, project management, or SaaS implementation
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Strong documentation skills and high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate complex problem-solving scenarios
• Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to travel 20-30% for on-site client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the home services industry
• Proficiency with Excel and SmartSheet
