Enterprise Implementation Consultant II

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through close, serving as the primary client contact
• Lead scoping and discovery sessions to document business requirements and tailor implementation strategies
• Configure the ServiceTitan environment to meet client needs and align with industry best practices
• Conduct client training and create customized resources for specific workflows
• Partner with Delivery Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Proactively identify implementation risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
• Travel to client sites approximately 20-30% of the time

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, project management, or SaaS implementation
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, document processes thoroughly, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address roadblocks proactively
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel and SmartSheet is a plus
