About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth for the Enterprise Business Applications practice by identifying new opportunities and leading complex solution sales.
  • Develop and evolve go-to-market strategies, sales methodologies, and solution accelerators.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic technology partners including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Adobe.
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting teams with deep platform expertise.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Manage business performance, including revenue targets, forecasting, and financial management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and growing consulting or professional services businesses.
  • Expertise in leading enterprise solution sales involving Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, or comparable platforms.
  • Exceptional business development and solution selling skills with experience managing C-suite relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with proposal development, pricing strategy, and financial management.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology implementation and software delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire high-performing consulting teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce certifications).
  • Experience in industry-specific business drivers and technology trends.
