Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycles for new enterprise logos (£200K+ ACV) and the growth segment
- Drive net revenue retention and expansion within the installed base
- Run executive-level conversations with Heads of Compliance, Chief Risk Officers, and other key stakeholders
- Build and iterate on a repeatable, higher-velocity sales motion for the growth segment
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver technical demonstrations and RFP responses
- Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to internal product and go-to-market teams
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial services compliance, regulations, and global market pressures
- Ability to conduct peer-level conversations with Compliance and Risk professionals
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Proven ability to construct effective strategies for closing business in complex buying situations
- Ability to work effectively within a global, fast-moving commercial team
- High standards of commercial rigor in proposals and forecasting
