About the role
About the Company
Exa is building a search engine for the AI era. Our Search API currently powers Agents, Fortune 500s and AI labs as we transform an industry that hasn’t been disrupted since the 90s. We're a largely SF-based team of ~100 from Harvard, MIT, Meta, Google Research, ex-founders & dropouts alike.
Responsibilities
- Run outbound campaigns in collaboration with sales to open doors at target accounts
- Develop and execute ABM programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts
- Build sales enablement materials including case studies, one-pagers, and battlecards
- Own paid acquisition and performance marketing across search and social channels
- Lead Exa's AEO strategy to ensure visibility when enterprise buyers use LLMs
- Plan and run OOH campaigns in key enterprise markets
- Build growth models and own dashboards to track pipeline contribution and ACV influence
- Use AI and automation tools to accelerate workflows
Requirements
- Deep experience in enterprise marketing at high-growth SaaS or AI companies
- Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns (events, content, paid media, ABM)
- Experience partnering with sales leadership to close large contracts
- Data-driven approach using metrics like win rates and pipeline contribution
- Ability to build from zero in an ambiguous environment
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
