Enterprise Field Marketer

Responsibilities

• Build and execute field marketing plans aligned to priority seller groups, strategic accounts, and key EMEA markets including the UK, Germany, France, and the Nordics.
• Partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership on account prioritization, territory planning, and pipeline goals.
• Own the full lifecycle of field programs, from strategy and planning through execution, seller enablement, and measurement.
• Run high-impact customer programs such as executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and industry conference activations.
• Turn marquee marketing moments into measurable pipeline opportunities with clear target accounts and post-event conversion plans.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Events, Comms, and Customer Success to deliver compelling customer experiences.
• Track performance and build repeatable playbooks to help field marketing scale across EMEA enterprise segments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise field marketing, ABM, regional marketing, or related B2B growth roles.
• Proven track record of creating measurable pipeline impact through field programs or account-based programs.
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales motions and understanding enterprise buying cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership across Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to operate across both high-level strategy and hands-on tactical execution.
• Highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German or French is a significant bonus.
• Experience working across multi-country regions with diverse local market nuances.
