Enterprise Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of technical project aspects, including system deployment, integrations, data mapping, and system testing.
• Leverage expertise in Strada solutions, specifically Strada Exchange, to ensure optimal implementation.
• Monitor project phases and timelines, reporting on progress and implementing mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams, client counterparts, Enterprise Architects, and Project Management.
• Ensure strict adherence to data security procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing or working with global HR and Payroll solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Strada Exchange and euHReka payroll.
• Proficiency with integration technologies and data mapping, such as iDoc, CPI, PECI, SFTP, and API.
• Familiarity with tools including ServiceNow, JIRA, and Smartsheets.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and within an international team.
