Enterprise Digital Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of digital product development and maintenance, ensuring budget and resource utilization
• Define project scope, high-level plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, digital teams, and leadership
• Proactively identify project risks and resolve technical or scope-related issues
• Lead, manage, and coach the digital product development team
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital products to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Develop repeatable processes for the design, implementation, and maintenance of digital products
• Own the customer experience and manage client licensing processes
• Enable consultants to drive product adoption and proficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product development or program management within digital products
• Experience in a consulting or B2B environment preferred
• Strong understanding of software development processes and digital product design
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
• Must be a current resident or able to relocate to the Philadelphia area
