Enterprise Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using configuration (custom objects, fields, flows) and code (Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL)
• Build and enhance Salesforce and GTM application solutions for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation
• Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate needs into system solutions
• Debug and resolve defects across configuration, custom code, integrations, and data flows
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow CI/CD and version control best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce development or enterprise application development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, relational data models, and APIs
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
• Familiarity with Snowflake or data platforms
• Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, or Gearset
