Enterprise Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Langdock platform across customer cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift) using infrastructure-as-code
• Act as the primary technical contact for customer IT, security, networking, and compliance teams
• Translate customer requirements into working infrastructure and platform changes
• Coordinate and perform regular version upgrades with customers
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting for dedicated deployments using tools like Datadog
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability
• Professionalize and standardize deployment setups to improve scalability
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tests

Requirements

• Strong hands-on cloud engineering experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code
• Experience deploying and operating production systems in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders
• Fluency in German (C1+ or native) and English
• High degree of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenShift or on-premises deployments
• Experience in security or compliance-heavy environments
• Experience in early-stage startups
