Enterprise Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements for data integration and reporting
• Perform data mapping between source and target systems to ensure alignment with business definitions
• Conduct data analysis, profiling, and validation to ensure completeness, consistency, and integrity across data sources
• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT to clarify data logic and resolve issues
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new data initiatives to validate business requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and lineage
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, audit, and control standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or a similar field
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Data Management or Financial Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data spreadsheets and databases
• Understanding of data warehousing, transformation methods, lineage documentation, and ETL processes
• Experience with Base SAS programming, SAS Enterprise Guide, Cognos, or related programs
• Familiarity with the IBM InfoSphere Information Management suite or similar tools
