Enterprise Customer Technical Program Manager - GPU and Networking

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement and execution directly with New Cloud Partners (NCPs) and their ODM/OEM partners
• Integrate datacenter tools and operationalize processes for AI factory build-out to ensure project momentum
• Oversee the reliable assembly of AI infrastructure platforms by working with partners to meet specific metrics and schedules
• Assemble and guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
• Ensure the timely delivery of customer-specific features and production deployments
• Communicate program status, risks, and strategic insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management with direct customer engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale datacenter projects
• Strong ability to resolve technical blocking issues and keep large-scale projects on track

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience leading technical programs specifically for New Cloud Partners (NCPs)
• Hands-on expertise in large-scale compute server build and deployment
• Strong experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams
• Exceptional customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
