At Ultralytics, we commit to relentless innovation in the AI space and seek team members who resonate with our ambition to produce the world's best YOLO AI models. We are scaling our enterprise function out of our London hub following our $30M Series A.
Responsibilities
- Own 30–40 enterprise and high-value mid-market accounts running Ultralytics YOLO in production
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from contract signature through renewal, including onboarding, deployment, expansion, and renewal negotiations
- Drive net dollar retention (NDR) and identify expansion signals for new use cases or business units
- Conduct technical conversations regarding model architecture, deployment patterns, and computer vision use cases
- Partner cross-functionally with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of customer-facing experience (Technical CS, former customer-facing engineer, or SaaS CS)
- Technical credibility to discuss architecture with ML engineers
- Experience with technical or developer-facing products such as open source, APIs, or ML/AI
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, technically deep deployments
- Strong commercial acumen for renewal and expansion negotiations
- Ability to operate independently without extensive implementation or onboarding support teams
