About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all post-sales activity for Enterprise customers through relationship-building and product knowledge
  • Manage complex integration cycles and develop relationships within customer subteams like Finance and HR
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives to align business strategy and success metrics
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop joint success plans
  • Conduct regular health checks, check-in calls, and Quarterly & Strategic Business Reviews to drive retention
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to provide internal feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues by working across internal departments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management
  • Mandatory experience in the Travel or Expense management industries
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent working experience
