About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all post-sales activity for Enterprise customers through relationship-building and product knowledge
- Manage complex integration cycles and develop relationships within customer subteams like Finance and HR
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives to align business strategy and success metrics
- Partner with Account Executives to develop joint success plans
- Conduct regular health checks, check-in calls, and Quarterly & Strategic Business Reviews to drive retention
- Serve as the voice of the customer to provide internal feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Handle escalations and resolve issues by working across internal departments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management
- Mandatory experience in the Travel or Expense management industries
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent working experience
