About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and reducing churn.
  • Guide customers in optimizing their use of the Sigma platform to gain actionable business insights.
  • Develop and execute strategic success plans that align platform capabilities with customer business goals.
  • Serve as a customer advocate by providing feedback to the product team regarding features and integrations.
  • Design and deliver educational initiatives, including training sessions and workshops, to increase product adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative role within SaaS or the analytics industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience solving complex problems using data.
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ETL processes and implementing production business intelligence solutions.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
