Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, backed by Sequoia and Andreessen Horowitz. We unify customer processes into a single, scalable platform to automate high-touch workflows and modernize dispatch operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Probook's largest and most strategic accounts with ownership of GRR, NRR, and expansion targets
- Own the full post-launch relationship from Go-Live through renewal, including QBRs, health checks, and escalation management
- Work cross-functionally with Deployment, Product, and Leadership to surface customer feedback and resolve blockers
- Identify and execute expansion plays and build airtight business cases for upsells
Requirements
- Based in NYC
- 5-7+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success managing a $3M+ book of business
- Startup experience (Series A–D) or proven ability to build playbooks from 0-1
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise/strategic accounts (10-30 clients)
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder accounts with 3+ decision makers
- Experience in Vertical SaaS, field operations software, or the Home Services industry is a plus
