About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle for assigned clients, from onboarding and implementation to operation
  • Understand client business goals and AI adoption status to design next steps and measure performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks such as project delays or technical issues to maintain high renewal rates and satisfaction
  • Monitor unmet needs and expansion opportunities to convert them into upsell and cross-sell pipelines
  • Collaborate with BD, FDE, and research teams to resolve issues and reflect client feedback into the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, IT Project Management, or IT/DX/AX consulting for Enterprise B2B clients
  • Experience leading meetings with C-level executives and working-level stakeholders, including proposal writing and presentation
  • Proven track record in relationship management, contract renewals, and service expansion (upsell/cross-sell)
  • High level of understanding regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager in IT services, SaaS, or AI solution sectors
  • Experience executing B2B projects for public institutions or large enterprises
  • Degree in IT or Business Management preferred
