Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing strategic direction and best-practice guidance.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes and ROI by ensuring customers realize value from Bynder's solutions.
  • Increase adoption and consumption of Bynder's solutions and integrations.
  • Own the strategic success plan, including goal setting and execution of account plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle, including strategy, proposal creation, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and partners on retention and growth strategies.
  • Conduct business reviews and account profiling to understand customer strategic priorities.
  • Map and engage key stakeholders to build executive and functional champions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Product team to inform the product roadmap.
  • Drive gross retention, net retention, and expansion within a dedicated book of business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS within the DAM or MarTech industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the DAM ecosystem (CMS, PIM, eCommerce, and Creative Tools).
  • Proven experience managing high-value, complex customer deployments.
  • Experience managing end-to-end renewal cycles and procurement engagement.
  • Ability to build and manage an expansion pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using customer data to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and understanding of AI's impact on marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms like Salesforce or Catalyst.
