About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, outcomes, and long-term success for large restoration clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure customers realize measurable value from the Albi platform
  • Lead post-implementation engagement for multi-location organizations
  • Partner with executive and operational teams to streamline workflows and increase ROI
  • Manage executive relationships and day-to-day partnerships to drive usage and satisfaction
  • Analyze product usage data to identify risks and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Onboarding teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Enterprise Account Management in SaaS
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with large enterprise clients
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and data-driven success planning
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for business reviews and workshops
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic startup environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 40–50% for on-site visits and customer workshops
  • Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a strong plus
