Responsibilities
- Cultivate successful accelerated adoption and onboarding of the Persefoni platform
- Own the customer journey as the main point of contact and define success plans
- Provide coaching and education to improve product adoption
- Identify and manage risk through proactive touchpoints and resolution strategies
- Turn successful customers into advocates through case studies, webinars, and blogs
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Marketing to identify expansion opportunities
- Support subscription renewal plans and project manage functional improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of CSM or Account Management experience, preferably in SaaS
- Experience working closely with C-level and SVP-level executives
- Experience conducting executive business reviews
- Experience in technical training and adoption
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ESG performance, sustainability management, or environmental consulting
