About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage renewal efforts, upselling, and cross-selling for enterprise-level clients
- Build strong relationships with enterprise and strategic customer bands
- Lead end-to-end negotiations and partner with Account Executives
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Cloud Specialists, and Customer Success teams
- Manage new sales cycles to close net new logos within assigned territories
- Provide accurate churn forecasting and weekly reporting
- Identify expansion opportunities to increase software platform utilization
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales, Account Management, or renewals management experience in the software industry
- Experience in consultative value selling
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions
- Experience with CPQ and forecast methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- BS degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
