Enterprise Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and manage enterprise internal communications, including employee messaging and leadership updates
• Maintain the enterprise internal editorial calendar and communication schedules
• Own and manage the company intranet, including content strategy, publishing, and governance
• Lead internal storytelling efforts through multimedia content like articles, graphics, and videos
• Partner with executive leadership to develop strategic messaging, talking points, and presentations
• Manage communications for organizational changes, integrations, and acquisitions
• Monitor and report on internal communications performance metrics and employee engagement analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a dedicated internal or enterprise communications role
• Experience in fast-paced national security, defense, or government contracting environments
• Familiarity with the communication challenges of defense and technology organizations
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
• Experience supporting executive communications and change management
• Proficiency with intranet platforms and internal newsletter tools
• US Citizenship required (Clearable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills
• Experience translating technical or operational information into accessible communications
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance communications efficiency
• A portfolio of internal communications writing or executive messaging
