About the role
Responsibilities
- Own production administration of Slack Enterprise Grid, Microsoft Teams, and Lark, maintaining high governance standards across all platforms.
- Manage identity lifecycles via Microsoft Entra ID, including SCIM provisioning, deprovisioning, and SSO configuration.
- Maintain a registry of all deployed apps, bots, and agents, documenting OAuth scopes and managing incident response for bot dependencies.
- Assess and document cross-platform data flows to enforce governance boundaries and prevent unauthorized data movement.
- Configure and maintain retention, legal-hold, and eDiscovery export processes in alignment with records management obligations.
- Administer Slack compliance controls, including message retention, EKM configuration, and DLP integrations.
- Manage Microsoft Teams within the M365 environment, including lifecycle policies, guest access, and Microsoft Purview compliance.
- Provide full production administration for the Lark Admin Console, including organization structure, SAML 2.0 SSO, and data residency enforcement.
- Build and maintain Lark custom bots via the Lark Open Platform API.
- Publish governance documentation and train staff on data classification and bot interaction guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration.
- 2+ years of experience administering enterprise collaboration platforms for environments of 500+ users.
- Demonstrated experience with Slack Enterprise Grid (multi-workspace architecture and governance).
- Experience administering Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Purview (compliance, retention, and eDiscovery).
- Hands-on experience with Lark Admin Console and the Lark Open Platform API.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SCIM provisioning, and SSO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working within a professional services, legal, or highly regulated environment.
- Slack Certified Admin credential or equivalent.
