Enterprise Cluster Manager

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of business
• Drive acquisition of new merchants and retention of existing merchant base
• Develop sales agenda to align and drive business in the market
• Manage a team of 7-8 Business Development Executives
• Handle merchant escalations and process-related issues
• Monitor competition activity and implement response strategies
• Onboard, train, and coach team members to improve performance
• Ensure quality of acquisition by monitoring compliance standards

Requirements

• MBA from Tier 2/3 campus with a good academic record
• 4-6 years of experience in business development
• At least 1 year of experience in MT/KAM roles
• Proven experience in team management and performance management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and bias for impact
• Ability to work in the market (80% of working days)
