Enterprise Cluster Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Key Account Executives to achieve merchant acquisition targets
• Nurture and grow key accounts across various industry verticals like F&B, Hospitality, and FMCG
• Implement strong processes and review mechanisms using defined metrics to track progress
• Plan, assess, and implement monetization avenues in the market
• Monitor competitor activity and formulate appropriate response strategies
• Manage team hiring, onboarding, and on-the-job training
• Monitor KPIs and coach team members to drive performance and retention

Requirements

• MBA from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 campus
• 4-6 years of experience in business development
• At least 1 year of experience in MT or KAM roles
• Proven experience in team management, goal setting, and performance management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and bias for impact
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
