Enterprise Cluster Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-8 Key Account Executives to achieve merchant acquisition targets across various industry verticals.
• Develop in-depth understanding of key accounts in sectors such as F&B, Hospitality, FMCG, Healthcare, and Lifestyle.
• Nurture and grow existing merchant relationships to increase PhonePe's market share and generate revenue through multiple products.
• Monitor competitor activity and implement strategic response plans to maintain market leadership.
• Drive team performance through hiring, on-the-job training, KPI monitoring, and regular coaching.
• Ensure execution rigor by maintaining a strong presence in the market and observing field operations.

Requirements

• MBA from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 campus with a strong academic record.
• 4-6 years of experience in business development, including at least 1 year in Management Trainee or Key Account Management roles.
• Proven experience in team management, including goal setting and performance management.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong drive for results with the ability to quantify success against established metrics.
• High level of ethics and discretion when dealing with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
