About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise account strategy by mapping target accounts and identifying entry points across security, platform, and engineering teams
- Run thoughtful, technical outbound outreach tailored to developers, DevOps, and security leaders
- Research modern infrastructure including containers, CI/CD, and cloud environments to ensure credible outreach
- Qualify opportunities by understanding technical context, risk posture, and business priorities
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account plans, messaging, and deal progression
- Leverage Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and data tools to execute efficiently
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding technical buyer resonance
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR, ideally with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within technical or complex organizations
- Strong written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar sales tools
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build independent approaches
Preferred Qualifications
- Curiosity and motivation to learn modern software supply chain security and infrastructure
- Experience hitting or exceeding pipeline targets in a technical sales environment
