About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of regional enterprise commercial multi-year growth strategies for global strategic accounts.
- Drive retention and expansion of high-value enterprise contracts while identifying opportunities to extend solutions across customer organizations.
- Acquire new enterprise accounts through proactive prospecting and engagement with large global organizations.
- Lead complex deal cycles involving multi-product solutions and multi-region stakeholders.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite leaders.
- Structure multi-year enterprise agreements and scalable commercial models.
- Coordinate with Legal, Product, Customer Success, Data, and Finance teams during contract negotiations.
- Represent RightShip at global maritime and industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a track record of developing new accounts and expanding strategic customers.
- Strong maritime industry knowledge, ideally with experience selling into Ports & Terminals (oil & gas or dry bulk).
- Proven success in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience selling subscription-based, SaaS, data, or digital platform solutions.
- Strong executive presence and negotiation capabilities.
