About the role

About the Company

Capchase powers financing for the technology transactions moving through today's vendor and channel ecosystem. We work directly with tech vendors and their VAR/reseller partners to embed flexible financing options at the point of sale, helping customers acquire software and hardware without the upfront cash hit.

Responsibilities

  • Source new opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound prospecting into vendor and VAR/reseller organizations
  • Qualify prospects using consultative discovery criteria before handing off to Account Executives
  • Build and run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Research target companies and contacts to build a personalized outbound pipeline
  • Maintain clean, accurate prospect and account data in Salesforce
  • Partner closely with AEs to refine targeting and understand qualified opportunities
  • Develop fluency in tech financing to speak credibly to prospects

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
  • Comfort with sales and prospecting tools
  • Self-starter mentality with high urgency and ownership
  • Genuine curiosity about business challenges and technology procurement
  • Discipline to track and improve daily performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior customer-facing or sales experience
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
