Enterprise Banking Product & Industry Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep research and analysis of key industries such as Real Estate, Manufacturing, Electronics, and FMCG to understand value chains and cash flow patterns.
• Design comprehensive financial solutions including corporate lending (working capital, project finance), transaction banking, and trade finance.
• Act as a non-IT Business Analyst to gather requirements from clients, Relationship Managers, and Product teams.
• Develop high-quality business documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and customer journey use cases.
• Collaborate within an Agile squad/tribe environment, participating in backlog grooming and ensuring solutions align with industry realities.
• Manage stakeholders across Relationship Management, Product, Risk, Credit, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proven experience working with large or mid-large corporate banking clients.
• Deep expertise in corporate lending, transaction banking, or trade/supply chain finance.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex financial solutions for corporate clients.
• Strong proficiency in English for working with documentation and international stakeholders.
• Experience writing BRDs and business cases.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, business models, and industry dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Product, Solution, or Coverage/RM teams.
• Background in Investment Banking or Structured Finance.
• Experience with Digital Banking, platform-based solutions, or ecosystem development.
• Familiarity with working in Agile/Squad models.
