Enterprise Architecture Tool Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end hands-on implementation, configuration, and administration of the Orbus iServer platform
• Customize and maintain the EA Metamodel ensuring alignment with TOGAF and ArchiMate standards
• Manage user access, permissions, and the organizational structure of the EA repository
• Develop and maintain automated viewpoints, dashboards, and heatmaps to support C-suite decision-making
• Manage integrations between the EA tool and external data sources like CMDB, JIRA, and ServiceNow via APIs or scripting
• Use .NET, Java, or Python scripting to automate data imports, exports, and periodic reporting
• Provide direct support and training to the broader Enterprise Architecture team
• Establish and enforce data entry standards to maintain repository integrity

Requirements

• Must be based in the UAE
• Demonstrated hands-on experience specifically as an EA Tool Specialist
• 3–5 years of dedicated experience with Orbus iServer or equivalent tools such as Sparx EA, LeanIX, or Alfabet
• Mastery of ArchiMate and TOGAF modeling within a tool environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of supporting large-scale enterprise architecture practices
• Proficiency in scripting for automation using PowerShell or Python
• Understanding of SQL and database structures behind EA repositories
• Previous experience within a UAE Financial Institution or highly regulated banking environment
