Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the management solutions ecosystem, including business processes, portfolios, and operational models.
• Define the evolution trajectory for information systems to ensure alignment with business challenges and associated IT systems.
• Contribute to the scoping and successful delivery of large-scale digital transformations.
• Establish and disseminate architectural standards and frameworks to streamline project execution.
• Strengthen and lead the community of technical and solution architects within the designated scope.
• Participate in the development of the Rolex IT strategy and the associated project portfolio.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from an EPF, university, or equivalent institution.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, or as a business analyst.
• Proven skills in software and integration architecture.
• General knowledge of data architecture and governance.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex challenges.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and mediation skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

• Previous experience working in consulting or within an industrial environment.
