Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Assess the current and target technology landscape to support the Research and Development Digital strategy.
• Review the R&D application landscape, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) programs, and integration patterns.
• Define architecture principles to support data products, artificial intelligence enablement, and roadmap delivery.
• Identify technical constraints, dependencies, risks, and sequencing implications for digital transformation.
• Assess integration points across R&D, Digital Technology, Data and Analytics, and Value Chain Operations.
• Translate complex architectural implications into actionable executive-level recommendations.
• Support technical feasibility scoring for major strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, digital platforms, or technology transformation.
• Proven experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Deep understanding of data platforms and integration architecture.
• Experience working with API ecosystems and cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Ability to assess current-state complexity and define pragmatic target-state principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
