Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Operate as the Enterprise Architect across the client’s Transformation Office Programme
• Maintain consistency and alignment across all transformation workstreams
• Support Service Model Optimisation initiatives across various business functions including Finance, HR, and Logistics
• Define, establish, and scale Enterprise Architecture capabilities across the organization
• Engage with C-Suite stakeholders to align strategic business and technology objectives
• Facilitate workshops to drive collaboration and solution alignment
• Develop and present strategic storytelling materials for executive audiences
• Ensure integration between enterprise functions and operational technology environments
• Apply TOGAF principles and enterprise architecture best practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or transformation leadership
• Senior or executive-level professional experience
• TOGAF certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture experience
• Proven experience within the mining industry
• Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) and Enterprise Functions IT environments
• Strong C-Suite engagement and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated workshop facilitation skills
• Advanced PowerPoint storytelling and executive presentation skills
