Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end system architecture for the Intelligent Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) platform, covering UI, AI, Data, Integrations, and ERP layers
• Design scalable workflows for invoice creation, remittance ingestion, payment matching, and ERP posting
• Establish architectural standards, long-term technology vision, and API governance
• Partner with AI, Data, and Engineering leads to conduct architecture reviews and ensure product alignment
• Define integration patterns for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), banking systems, and middleware
• Ensure non-functional excellence in performance, scalability, security, compliance, and disaster recovery
• Architect structured data contracts between UI, AI agents, and core systems to enable auditable AI decision flows

Requirements

• 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture
• Proven experience designing large-scale SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Expertise in distributed systems and microservices
• Expertise in API-driven and event-driven architectures
• Proficiency with cloud-native systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep understanding of enterprise integrations and ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) platforms
• Background in AI-integrated enterprise systems
• Experience with banking and remittance processing
• Knowledge of multi-entity or multi-brand financial architectures
• Experience working within regulated enterprise environments
