Enterprise Architect & Data Governance Head

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic architect and technical anchor for the global digital ecosystem
• Spearhead the Enterprise Digital function and design composable architecture
• Own and steer the global Data Management & Data Governance strategy
• Build and lead high-performing teams of domain architects and data management specialists
• Translate complex technical designs into business value for stakeholders
• Prioritize enterprise architecture build-up into operational phases

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in global enterprise-level architecture
• 10+ years of experience leading and managing specialized domain architects
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ERP and Data architecture design
• 8+ years of experience managing global data management platforms
• 5+ years of experience driving Data Governance initiatives and running governing bodies
• 5+ years of people and stakeholder management experience
• Strong communication skills to influence peers and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP Core and O&M global deployment
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, NERC CIP, or IEC 62443
