Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise architecture models to support strategic objectives
• Develop architectural frameworks, principles, and standards
• Lead analysis of current state ('As-Is') and future state ('To-Be') architectures and conduct gap analysis
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure alignment of architecture with business needs
• Support digital transformation strategies and initiatives
• Document architectural decisions and ensure proper communication across the organization
• Provide guidance and oversight for application, data, and technology architecture domains
• Ensure adherence to architecture governance processes and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 14 years of IT experience
• At least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or Zachman
• Experience with architectural modeling tools such as ARIS, UML, or BPMN
• Proven experience in defining and implementing architectural standards and governance processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
