About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap covering application, data, integration, security, and technology domains.
- Drive modernization and transformation initiatives in alignment with business vision and strategic priorities.
- Provide architectural oversight for Guidewire or Majesco implementation, integration, and cloud migration projects.
- Define integration strategies using API-led microservices, event-driven streaming, and MQ/Kafka.
- Lead cloud architecture strategy on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including landing zones and migration frameworks.
- Lead architecture governance board reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business capabilities into scalable architectural solutions.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Strong insurance industry experience, preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C).
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire (Cloud or On-Prem) or Majesco platforms.
- Expertise in enterprise integration, API architecture, and microservices.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale transformations involving Guidewire or Majesco modernization.
- Familiarity with ACORD standards and insurance data models.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in API Management tools such as Azure APIM, MuleSoft, or Kong.
- TOGAF or similar architecture certification.
