Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead large-scale cloud migration programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) and define migration strategies such as re-platforming and re-factoring.
• Drive application modernization initiatives, including transitioning monoliths to microservices and implementing API-first architectures.
• Architect scalable SaaS platforms with multi-tenancy, security, and robust integration via event-driven systems.
• Provide technical leadership to full-stack engineering teams across backend (Java, Python, Go, Node.js) and frontend (MERN stack) technologies.
• Establish architecture governance, security compliance, and DevOps practices including Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders and lead executive-level architecture workshops and presentations.

Requirements

• 12–20+ years of experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud migration frameworks.
• Proven experience with microservices, distributed systems, and SaaS architecture.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, Java, Go, or Node.js, and experience with the MERN stack.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging frameworks like Kafka.
• Mastery of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Extensive experience in client-facing consulting and advisory roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) for engineering enablement.
• Exposure to AI-enabled SDLC tools for automation and productivity.
• Industry experience in Energy, Utilities, Finance, Retail, or Healthcare.
• Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or TOGAF.
• Familiarity with data engineering, analytics, and MLOps/AIOps frameworks.
