Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for diagnosing and resolving issues related to McAfee Policy Auditor agents on Domain Controllers.
• Execute advanced troubleshooting for authentication failures, system lockups, and resource contention on Windows Domain Controllers.
• Collaborate with Directory Services, McAfee, and cybersecurity teams to assess operational impact and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and coordinate the uninstall/reinstall processes for McAfee products and validate remediation through system health checks.
• Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical incidents to produce actionable process improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for incident response continuity.
• Propose and implement preventive controls and exemption policies for Domain Controllers during deployments.
• Enforce ITIL4-aligned problem, change, and knowledge management practices.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support as an escalation point for complex system or integration issues.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution.
• 9+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Microsoft Certified: Cyber Security Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active or recent previous DHA experience.
• Specific DoD Military Training certifications.
• Proven history of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Certifications such as Cloud+, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or similar security credentials.
