Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise architecture strategies across the full technology stack, including Agentic AI, cloud, data, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop target state architectures, technology roadmaps, and business cases to bridge client ambition with practical execution.
• Champion the integration of Agentic AI as a core enabler of business transformation, guiding clients in designing autonomous AI-driven processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior technology leaders, aligning IT transformation with strategic business goals.
• Lead the origination and sale of Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture engagements.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams in the design and implementation of complex architectures, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or closely related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI solutions applied to real business contexts, such as multi-agent architectures or autonomous orchestration.
• Proven track record in defining enterprise and application architecture strategies across cloud, data, and ERP landscapes.
• Experience operating at a Manager level or above with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established EMEA client network at the C-level with a track record of business origination.
• Thought leadership in Enterprise Architecture through publications or speaking engagements.
• Experience in M&A architecture, post-merger integration, or large-scale carve-out programmes.
• Fluency in architecture frameworks and their pragmatic application.
