Enterprise Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a highly customized IBM Maximo environment and related enterprise integration components
• Serve as technical liaison with the vendor for troubleshooting and patch implementation
• Troubleshoot application, database, middleware, and infrastructure issues across environments
• Analyze and resolve issues involving Java Server Pages (JSPs), Linux shell scripts, and configuration files
• Perform application patching, upgrades, and configuration using IBM Installation Manager
• Support WebSphere Application Server administration and SQL query execution
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system configurations and operational procedures

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 14 years of experience (or 19 years of technical experience in lieu of a degree)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation and system architecture diagrams
• Experience working with end-user customers
• Ability to work between core hours of 10AM-2PM

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS experience
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite
• Experience executing test procedures
