Enterprise Application Data Architect, GTM Systems

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture for customer, account, contact, lead, opportunity, and support data.
• Design canonical data models, entity relationships, and system-of-record definitions.
• Lead data-cleansing and remediation initiatives, including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce, data warehouses, operational systems, and third-party data providers.
• Establish standards for field definitions, metadata, lineage, retention, and access controls.
• Implement automated monitoring for data quality, completeness, and integration failures.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, and Analytics to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, data management, or data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce data architecture (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, etc.).
• Proven experience cleaning, restructuring, or migrating large and complex enterprise CRM datasets.
• Strong understanding of master data management (MDM), identity resolution, and data governance.
• Experience designing batch, API-based, event-driven, and reverse-ETL integrations.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Knowledge of relational databases, cloud data warehouses, and data pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GTM automation platforms such as Clay, PitchBook, ZoomInfo, or Cognism.
• Experience integrating CRM data with business intelligence environments.
• Familiarity with data contracts, schema versioning, and change-data capture.
• Experience managing sensitive customer data in accordance with privacy and security requirements.
