Enterprise AI Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt/eval frameworks.
• Develop working prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-grade AI features.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and quantify ROI.
• Define data flows, integration points, and system contracts across enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Workday.
• Establish telemetry and LLM evaluation frameworks to monitor correctness, latency, and cost.
• Evangelize AI capabilities across the organization through training sessions and internal demos.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions (RAG, LLM applications, or AI agents) in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating with enterprise APIs (REST, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0) and familiarity with data stores like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Proven ability to architect technical solutions from scratch and translate business problems into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow CX or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Background in product management, systems design, or solutions architecture.
