Enterprise AI Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and MCP integrations.
• Develop working prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-grade AI features.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and quantify ROI.
• Design data flows and integration points across enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite.
• Establish LLM evaluation frameworks to monitor correctness, latency, and cost.
• Drive the AI product roadmap, managing backlog prioritization and the end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Educate internal stakeholders on AI capabilities and lead training sessions to accelerate adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions (RAG, LLM applications, or AI agents) in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong architectural design skills, including designing data flows and system components.
• Deep understanding of modern AI/ML concepts: LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0) and data stores like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into precise technical requirements and communicate them to executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow CX or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in product management, systems design, or solutions architecture.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytical tools for evaluating system performance.
