Enterprise AI Operations and Assurance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end operational management of enterprise AI capabilities to ensure services are reliable, scalable, and effectively supported.
• Manage AI platform consumption, licensing, and cost governance, including usage monitoring and spend forecasting.
• Serve as the primary Level 3 escalation point for technical issues such as agent failures, integration problems, and platform defects.
• Develop and maintain operational readiness through monitoring, logging, runbooks, and incident response procedures.
• Coordinate AI platform configuration and feature enablement in alignment with security and governance requirements.
• Partner with Cyber Security to implement and maintain AI-specific security controls and audit requirements.
• Provide technical advice and risk assessments to AI governance forums and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams within complex environments.
• Experience with platform consumption, licensing, or FinOps practices in cloud or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of contemporary AI technologies, automation, and agent-based systems.
• Experience with enterprise identity management, access control frameworks, and service configuration.
• Proven experience managing incidents, problems, and change processes using recognized service management methodologies.
• Ability to build strategic relationships and influence stakeholders across technical, security, and business domains.
