Enterprise AI Lead Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define program plans to meet product requirements within schedule and scope
• Drive platform execution with full accountability for feature readiness, program risks, and delivery outcomes
• Develop detailed validation strategies based on program complexity and feature sets
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Architecture, FW/SW, Validation, and Customer Engineering
• Drive post-silicon bring-up, test planning, and execution to meet delivery milestones
• Define platform configurations, firmware requirements, and debug tools for system validation
• Drive defect prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution for high-impact issues
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to early and mid-career engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience leading complex technical programs in post-silicon or system development
• Solid understanding of computer architecture, silicon features, and system-level interactions
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with hypervisors such as VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MS) in a related engineering field
• Ability to operate across architecture, silicon, firmware, validation, and performance domains
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems and drive decisions
• Experience with HW/SW test tools, debug methodologies, and defect tracking systems
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines without direct authority
• Excellent executive communication skills for articulating program status and risks to leadership
