Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases and business objectives
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows that drive measurable business impact
• Design and execute activation strategies including champion programs, office hours, and workshops
• Create advocate networks and power user communities within customer organizations
• Facilitate dynamic live and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences
• Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven track record in customer success and driving measurable adoption
• Experience implementing activation strategies like champion programs and workshops
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom AI solutions and demos
• Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to varied audiences
• Expertise in delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops
• Strong program management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
